The ideal is reached when one has only to think of mechanical control for the mechanical action. This is a matter of inducing self-hypnosis or complete concentration. This is the essence of self-hypnosis. Hypnosis distracts the conscious mind and allows the subconscious to function. Through self-hypnosis comes the subconscious feel.
