If you want to compete in Triathlons, you have to befriend the swim, and I'll show you how. Tri Swim Coach Most people are way overdoing it with the way they train. It's understandable if they've never been shown a better way, but I'm sick of people being taught incorrectly. I'm sick of people being set up for failure or injury.

The sun starts to peak out over the horizon and it brings a smile to your face. This isn't your first triathlon, you've been training for months for this day...but today is different.
