  1. There are a few key elements you need to apply to get started and to get going. Chances are that youll get out of your routine once in a while (thats okay) but its imported to get started again! Thats what this part of the program is for. Well this might not sound too exciting but whenever you are going to be a runner, you will get injured. It might be a nasty injury or smaller injuries but you will get them. This doesnt have to be a big problem if you can manage to prevent yourself from getting big injuries.

  7. I would love to receive more tips of you. I was recently in a car accident, so I missed a week and a half of training, but I am back on my feet and training again, I think if I didn't have a goal in mind, I would not have got back into it again.

  9. The first time I ran, I barely finished a mile. But, I slowed down my pace and set a goal to run for 40 min, no matter how far I got. Well, not only did I run the whole time, I ran 3.1 miles! Now I know I am ready to start my training. You Have Walked Me Through It All And I Would Love To Continue Receiving Your Tips.
