  2. In any auction prices will rise if there is extra interest in a particular vehicle, but there are so many vehicles to be disposed of that the vehicles are often sold for very low prices. Every year, vehicles are seized by the U.S. Department of Justice and/or U.S. Courts.

  9. Usually the vehicles are in good working order, but prior to bidding you should ask the auctioneer if there is anything wrong with the vehicle. Usually, you can also physically inspect the vehicles before you bid, up to one hour before the auction begins.
