Its Because Theyre Stronger Between The Ears! Why is it called "The Athlete's Mind?" Quite simply this book focuses on the specific needs of the athlete and is written by a former professional athlete and coach along with special comments from a Sports Psychologist. Forget about those theory driven and research based books that can only be read by experts in the field of psychology. This book has been written from an athlete's perspective
